Last week at our HQ we were joined by our nation-wide engineering management team, along with members of our central team, to participate in a 2-day Kaizen workshop.

Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning “change for good”. These sessions were a gainful tool for identifying and addressing wasteful activities within our processes, ensuring a more purpose-driven and efficient approach.
