Establish Partnership Model


Whether it is a new client being onboarded or an existing client moving through our Customer Journey, BCAS Biomed provides consultancy services, designed to establish individual clients’ needs in order to create a partnership model.

We will discuss your goals and objectives to create an innovation roadmap for the years ahead, pulling in one or many of our approved partners when required. This approach allows us to be vendor neutral whilst also levering from relevant individual subject matter experts.

To gather the data required to inform our decisions we offer various levels of audits, ranging from basic asset and inventory checks to full technical and financial audits which integrate with life-cycle maintenance programs.
As part of this partnership model, we regularly review the clients’ transition throughout the Customer Journey, identifying any new requirements or services that they may benefit from. Our aim is to deliver bespoke services depending on clients’ needs, saving them time, money, resources, reducing stress and workload whilst increasing efficiencies throughout their organisation.

The desired objective is to empower the client and provide all the tools necessary to run a fully compliant EBME department should they wish to do so. Alternatively, the client will autonomously cycle through our Customer Journey whilst we handle all their service delivery needs.

The information presented from the Technical Audit allows customers to establish an accurate starting point to form a maintenance policy and provides crucial information such as condition and age for capital replacement programmes.

To integrate and manage equipment records within our database and on-site, we employ various techniques – the most common being the use of bar-coded asset labels. New technologies such as RFID labelling can also be provided, which bring a whole new dimension to asset management.
