We provide full on-site services for our acute customers and mobile field-service engineering for our community-based customers.
Our base workshop is located at our Head Office in High Wycombe and we have dedicated workshop facilities within our contracts. These work as an extension of both the clinical and non-clinical staff to improve all areas of the Management and Maintenance of Medical Devices.
Typically, our engineering teams consist of a Key Account Manager, Team Leader, Biomedical Engineers and Technical Administrative Support. Our community-based teams are also supported by dedicated primary and secondary points of contact within our Helpdesk team based at our HQ.
Our services are fully compliant with CQC, the Health and Social Care Act 2012, MHRA Managing Medical Devices, January 2021, NHS Resolution and PAM.
